Spend one weekend on Zoom. Walk away certified to train every adult in your building for two full years. The same system that took one school from 300 office referrals to 2 in six weeks.

Who This Is For

One certification. Three very different reasons to get it.

Most people come for one of these. Plenty of people come for all three.

🎯

For your own classroom

Stop losing 30% of instructional time to behavior. Learn the exact language, procedures, and responses that hold a room together, and use them the Monday after the training.

🏫

For your whole staff

You leave licensed to deliver this training internally for two years. Certify once, then bring the system to your whole staff.

📈

For your own practice

Consultants, coaches, and retired administrators use this certification to add a proven, in demand program to what they already offer schools.

What You Learn

The five components, taught to trainer level.

This is not an overview. Over two days you learn each component deeply enough to turn around and teach it to other adults.

01

Self-Control

Adults who manage themselves first manage classrooms second.

02

Rules & Procedures

Expectations taught explicitly and enforced identically by every adult.

03

Responding to Challenges

The Diffusers framework for the 50 small moments that happen daily.

04

Classroom Ecology

Designing the room and the culture so learning is the path of least resistance.

05

Relationships

The strongest predictor of behavior, and the rarest thing anyone teaches.

Trusted by schools and districts across all 50 states

Proof It Works

"During my first two years as principal we had over 300 office referrals and 150 out of school suspensions. Six weeks after implementing the full system, only two referrals."

John Hargrove, Principal, Clark Street Elementary School

300 to 2Office referrals, before and after
150 to 0Out of school suspensions
6 weeksTime to measurable change

"We liked him so much we had him train in ALL of our schools, and the results have been astonishing."

Rick Dutton, Director of Education, Denver Public Schools

"29 of our 35 schools were trained, affecting more than 11,000 children. We experienced a 16% decrease in suspensions and a 9% increase in test scores. None of our schools are on the improvement list."

Billy Davis, Executive Director of Elementary Education, Lawton Public Schools, OK

"Referral numbers for class disruption were reduced by 62% at our middle school. Our high school's referrals were lower than the rival school's for the very first time ever."

Carrie Chase, Counselor, Lahainaluna High School, Hawaii

Turn the weekend into university credit.

Attendees may earn 1 to 4 semester graduate units through the University of Massachusetts Global with some additional practicum work. Credit is offered to attendees at a reduced rate and is enrolled separately after the training. We send full enrollment details once you register.

Common Questions

Before you register.

Do I need to be a principal to attend?
No. Classroom teachers, instructional coaches, counselors, deans, assistant principals, and independent consultants all attend. The only requirement is that you work with, or want to work with, K-12 educators.
What does the certification actually let me do?
You leave certified to deliver Time To Teach® training to other adults for two full years. If you are in a school, that means you can train your entire staff.
Can my school pay by purchase order?
Yes. Select Purchase Order at checkout and we invoice your school or district directly, net 30. Most POs are confirmed within 48 hours. Schools have funded this through Title II-A, Title I, special education funds, state PD allocations, general funds, and grants. We provide whatever documentation your business office needs.
Is virtual really as good as in person?
It is the same content, the same certification, and the same two year license. Sessions are live and interactive, not recorded lectures. You also skip travel, hotels, and substitute coverage, which is why many schools now prefer the virtual format.
How is this different from PBIS, CPI, or Restorative Practices?
Those frameworks handle structure, crisis, and repair. Time To Teach® is the prevention layer that keeps most incidents from ever reaching them. It works alongside what you already have rather than replacing it.
What if it is not right for me?
100% money back guarantee. Complete day one, and if you do not feel it was worth your time, we refund every dollar. No questions asked. We have held that policy for over 30 years.

October 17-18. One weekend.
